Rosé Wine Parradez

€3.30

This wine is a strawberry-pink rosé. Intense, lively aromatic intensity, where notes of forest fruits stand out: blackberries, strawberries. Its balanced acidity and great volume in the mouth contribute to a long and pleasant persistence.

ELABORATION

Grapes selected from trellised vineyards with maceration between 6 and 8 hours. Slow fermentation in concrete tanks in the underground winery at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas and freshness.

THE WINERY

In 1957, the Cigales Cooperative Winery was born with the purpose of offering a quality product without neglecting tradition, which is why it maintains the underground structure of the old Cigales wineries.

The average production of the Cigales Cooperative Winery is around 1,500,000 kilos of grapes and is mainly oriented towards the vinification of rosé, the renowned 'Clarete'.

However, because our vineyards are the oldest in the region, the production of red wines is increasingly present.

Our wines are produced in the Cigales region, which covers an area of 574 km2, on both banks of the Pisuerga in the northern sector of the Duero Depression.
