The Cosme Palacio Blanco Crianza vineyards have an average age of over 40 years. Planted in clay-calcareous soils and under a continental microclimate sheltered by the Sierra de Cantabria, the production of the strain is limited to enhance intensity. The harvest is manual in 15 kilo boxes and the fruit is selected in the vineyard itself.

Cosme Palacio Blanco Crianza begins fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It is then racked into French oak barrels where the fermentation ends. It is then aged for 8 months on its own lees in suspension in wooden barrels.
