Wine red Narassa
The Wine red Narassa is a wine produced by Domaine Lafage, of the l'Agly Valley Region, black slate. The grapes are 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.
The vines of Grenache have approximately 60 years. The late harvest brings a soft texture and a sweet finish to the wine. Our idea is to get a wine style "ripasso".
The harvest is conducted manually in small baskets for Grenache. We select the best grapes. We then marinate in cold in order to get more color and more fruit.
Aromatically dominate notes of BlackBerry, wild herbs and a light pepper taste. On the palate it is a wine full-bodied, rich, silky and light tannins. The end is cool, giving the wine a surprising elegance.
