The grape variety used is Godello and Doña Blanca Jerez
The vineyard is located on a hillside slope which is owned by the Luzdivina family.
The plot has an altitude between 550-650 meters.
The soil of the vineyards is sand and clay.
The preparation is done manually in order to minimize the time
between collecting and the growth of the grapes.
