White Wine Man Sauvignon Blanc

White Wine Man Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa, the winery M.A.N. FAMILY WINES, made with grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 87% and 13%.

The combination of grapes from the region Paarl warm notes of tropical nature gives (70%), while grapes of high and colder areas from Stellenbosch, Franschhoek Elgin and provides green, herbal touches. The harvest takes place for 3 weeks, at different stages of maturation to capture a greater range of flavors. A reductive winemaking process maintains the freshness and fruit characters, while three months lees contact and continuous agitated offer additional complexity and integration. The Semillon (13%) comes from Paarl, and increases the weight and complexity on the palate. This wine has been refined and filtered before bottling.

The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
