The first-born red wine from Bodegas El Pujio is made 100% grapes Syrah, harvested manually at their optimum point of ripeness. Vinification is performed through the fermentation temperature controlled 24 / 25º C. proceed to perform daily overpumping and maceration for 14 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked pre-owned and new French and American oak barrels, this breeding is extended for six months. Stays another six months, at a minimum, in bottle until it reaches its perfect tuning and roundness, before heading out to the market.
