Wine white high R

This white wine belongs to the Altos de Rioja Winery. Established in September 2006, this 'bodega-boutique' is located in the heart of the best 'terroir' of the Rioja Alavesa. It is directed by a group of professionals with impeccable credentials and experience in the world of Spanish wine. All the grapes come from vines to high altitude, in the villages of Laguardia, Elvillar and Kripan.

This wine is made from grapes of varieties 60% Viura and 40% Malvasia.

Vinification: A mixture of three parts different: A part of Viura from early harvest and fermentation in cold in stainless steel tanks. The other part of the later collected Viura and fermentation cold in stainless steel tanks. Finally, Malvasia as well as harvested fully ripe fermented in barrel.

Ageing: To give more volume to this fresh and young wine, 40% of the final mixture is aging in French and American oak for 4 months.

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Recommended serving temperature: 10 - 11° C
