Sweet Wine Amontillado Principe belongs to the winery Barbadillo  and has the appelation of origin Jerez.

It consists of 100 % fine Palomino grape variety.

Amontillado are among the most interesting in sherry wines. First they bred as chamomile with biological aging under " flor " for 8 years and then move to oxidative aging for another 7 years. A total of 15 years of breeding that give the wine extraordinary nuances of both breeds.

Consumer optimum temperature 12-13ºC.
