The vineyard
The vineyard is located at the west end of the name of Toro origin, with sandy and ardent soils of the Cyan, where some of the vineyards of more than 60 years are cultivated with the characteristics for the elaboration of this wine.
Process
Exquisite elaboration, selection of the UNA, long parenting, where malactic fermentation occurs, last 10 to 14 days in stainless steel tanks. In addition to 18 months in Bordelesas and Burgundy Eastern Oak Burgins and with a permanence in a bottle of more than 48 months, to get a wine in continuous progression.
