Aroa Bodegas It is a pioneer in the D.O Navarra since it has focused on the recovery of practices of Organic and biodynamic agriculture. All vineyards are ecological, certified and controlled by the CPAEN-NNPEK (Ecological Agricultural Production Council). That is why they take care of their vineyards with ancestral methods, using only natural products that favor nature and can do their job better. 

He Red Wine Aroa Mutiko It comes from little production vineyards and located in the northern limit zone between the Sierras de Urbasa and Andía. These are planted in calcareous clay soils that have never had contact with synthesis chemicals. This area is one of the highest in Navarra and stands out for its fresh climate due to the influence of the Cantabrian that it contributes to the maturation of the varieties. 

Harvest and elaboration

During the harvest, the clusters were collected manually on September 30 and once at the winery, their elaboration process began in which they begin to ferment at 26ºC, 18 days ago and 2 daily comebacks.
