RED WINE CHATEAU CAPION 09

The Red Wine Chateu Capion 2009 is made ​​with 85% Merlot, 10% Syrah, 5% Carmenere.

Once in the winery we made a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures to
extract more color and flavor, then fermented wort fuer
in stainless steel tanks.
 
Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and then 12 months in bottle before release.

soft tannins. High intensity, stand very ripe red fruits, creezas,
prunes, mixed with spices, black pepper and snuff.
 
Ready for your enjoyment, we leave it in the bottle between 8 and 10 years.
