Manual harvest. Cluster selection. Cold pre-fermentation maceration to preserve its intense red fruit. Macerated and fermented on skins at 24 to 26 ºC for 22 to 24 days. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels before being aged for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered.
