Its elaboration is 4 delestages and 10 traces made during fermentation improved wine extraction. The wine resulting from maceration is contacted with 80% French oak and 20% American, where it remains twelve months and then lightly clarified with egg whites and finally bottled. Terrazas of the Andes elaborates its wines with cultivated grapes at the ideal height, in which each variety develops its maximum expression of aromas and flavors. Because of this, each wine offers the reflection of varietal typicity, an objective that is pursued fervently from the vineyard to the aging and launch.

The Terrazas de los Andes team is composed of experienced winemakers and vineyard specialists who combine more than a hundred years of experience in the elaboration of wines in Mendoza and Europe.
