Whisky Jameson Select reserve
Whisky Jameson Select reserve is a triple distilled blend of still whiskey and whiskey from grain that ripens into a mixture of sherry and bourbon barrels.
It is produced by Jameson, in Ireland.

Nose:
S uave, with notes of ripe melon, bananas and plums, dark and fleshy fruit. The unmistakable spicy character of the still is combined to give a touch of molasses, cinnamon and licorice.
Mouth:
Sweet, soft and toasted wood are complemented with the feature richness of the fruit of the casks of port. A hint of sweet milk and dark chocolate candy increases its complexity. The finish is long and tempting, and covers the entire spectrum, from the sweetness of the fruit, spices, through to the unmistakable note of barley where it all started.

Jameson es una marca de whisky irlandés, propiedad de la compañía francesa Pernod Ricard. Fue fundada en 1780 por John Jameson en Dublín, Irlanda y se ha convertido en una de las marcas de whisky más populares y reconocidas a nivel mundial.
El proceso de elaboración del whisky Jameson comienza con la cebada malteada que se mezcla con agua pura y se hierve para liberar los azúcares. Luego se agrega la levadura y se deja fermentar para obtener un líquido llamado "wash". A continuación, el "wash" se destila tres veces en alambiques de cobre para obtener un alcohol puro y suave.
El whisky Jameson se envejece durante un mínimo de tres años en barricas de roble que previamente contenían bourbon americano y jerez español. Durante el proceso de envejecimiento, el whisky adquiere su sabor distintivo y su color ámbar oscuro.
