The process begins with the cutting of the cane by local farmers. Once the cane reaches the factory, the milling process begins to extract the juice. Subsequently, the juice is left to ferment for 48-60 hours before the distillation process begins.
Finally, the process is completed with proper aging and mastery in creating the best blends.
