White Wine Albariño Aquitaine 2013 of the Denomination of Origin Rias Baixas in Galicia, uses a variety of 100% Albariño grape in an Atlantic climate.

Made with cold maceration and aged in stainless steel tanks for fermentation lees.

The vineyards are located in a typical Galician vine plots with old vines that coexist with other youngsters.

And the pruning is done by the Guyot system.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE ALBARIÑO AQUITANIA 2013:

Given out for its bright yellow color with golden reflections.

The nose is complex variety, fermentation very fine and fresh, fruity (citrus, grapefruit), fragrant herbs (lavender, hay).

The palate is savory, sweet, large, bulky, and I remember very persistent ripe fruits.

It combines brilliantly with fish and shellfish, can also be a good accompaniment to sushi and many cheeses.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 7º and 9º.
