SPANISH WHITE WINE ALOERS 2012
Part of the DO Penedès.
Aloers white wine comes exclusively from vineyards owned by Celler Credo located in Barcelona. Grapes have been grown following the principles of organic and biodynamic farming and harvesting is done by hand.
It is made with Xarel.lo variety with a maceration with the scrape for a few hours and work on the lees for about two months.
TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE ALOERS 2012:
Given noted for its straw yellow with slight golden highlights and steely edge. It is a clean and bright wine.
Varietal aromas on the nose.
In the mouth its freshness and vividness leaving a long lingering finish.

Het combineert briljant met rijst, gegrilde vis, vis saus of gebakken en is ideaal met een goede stoofpot.
