White Wine Cosmic Consciencia Carinyena is a copper-colored wine that will leave many people speechless. It comes from a plot of Cariñena Gris in La Vajol that began vinifying in 2018 but had never been on the market.

Salvador Batlle focuses on two very different landscapes of Catalan geography, but very much his own.Agullana, Capmany and La Vajol in Alt Empordà, where native Empordà varieties are worshiped. And Rodonyà and the Sierra de Montmell in the Baix Penedès, the land where he was born. This winegrower arrived very young in 2013 in Agullana, since his adolescence he always had the dream of making wines with his own style and above all without depending on anything and Nobody's. Two worlds united under the same gaze that deciphers terroirs and loves grapes. It works by working 9.5 hectares of vineyards, cultivated in the most natural way possible, practicing ecological and biodynamic agriculture. Salvador, from its beginnings, was clear that wine is made only with grapes and that it originates exclusively from healthy and natural, respecting the cycles and with no or minimal intervention. The creative path focuses on making whole and pure wines, always starting from a single grape variety (purity upon purity). In the winery, minimal intervention and maximum respect for natural origin is what rules. This wine makes us aware that in Spain it is possible to produce wines quickly and maintain juiciness.
