Process: Grapes selected. Very soft grinding destemming. Natural needle through second fermentation in tanks isobaric pressure at low temperature.

Color: Yellow-green with attractive bright reflections.

Aroma: They emphasize its muscat aromas, with notes of lemon marmalade and jam.

Taste: Refreshing and light, balanced, tasty and delicate on the palate, with fruit very persistent.

Temperature: 5 º -7 º C approx.

Restaurants / Food Pairing: Ideal with Mediterranean food (salads, pastas,
paella, etc..), Asian (rice and sour food) and Indian (spicy dishes).

History: Ponte Vecchio is the most famous and oldest bridge in Florence (XVI century). In the beginning staying dry cleaners stores and blacksmiths, today occupied by silversmiths and goldsmiths.

This Moscato Frizzante, naturally sparkling and low in alcohol, is particularly refreshing and smooth for its finely integrated bubbles and sweet floral notes which gives the character Moscat.
