This wine prevents the Fontanafredda winery.
The grapes undergo a light pressing. Sevproduce fermentation at a temperature of 18 degrees, 85% stainless steel and 15% in barrels. The wine remains in tanks for 3 months before being stabilized and bottled.

This is a white wine with personality and evolving fantastically maintaining its characteristics over time.

The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol

We recommend serving it between 7°C and 10°C.
