Made from a mix of varieties such as garnacha blanca y xarel-lo.
Habitat is a wine made in harmony with nature. Made with the requirements of organic farming: certified by the official agency of the European Union (eurohoja) and autonomic regulation (CCPAE).
In its development has a fermentation process in 12 days on stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 2-3 years.

The nose is intense and fresh aromas of where citrus fruits like lemon and green apple with herbal notes predominate.
In the mouth correctly by a good acidic structure and a long, fresh finish.

This organic wine is ideal to accompany tofu and seaweed salad, plus oriental dishes. It is also recommended shots with semi-hard sheep cheeses and baked fish.
