Rating: A white guard , made from 100% Godello variety of two vineyards, a 30-year, from which 75 % of the grapes planted in chalky soil at an altitude of 650-670 m, and another young (16 years), planted in schist and slate flooring 480.
NOTE: Because the wine was bottled unfiltered, you can make solid waste. We recommend decanting.
Aging: Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels and aged on lees for 12 months. Subsequently remains in concrete eggs for 4 months and in bottle for 18 months. It has not malolactic fermentation.
Graduation Rate: 13.0%
Optimum serving temperature: Between 12ºC and 14ºC
