Rating: L' Antagonique is a new wine to smile. Smiling, because Marc and Adria no longer surprising , original wines and both easy to understand, short wine production but still accessible to all , wines made with respect, and with passion and fun.

Inevitably, wines like this are noteworthy for their attractive, sympathetic and artistic label, but even more so when we read on the back label which is a blanc de noirs, made with 60% Black Grenache and 30% Carignan, only 10% are white grapes assembly ! By color in glass hard to believe: it is almost transparent and very clean, just in the center shows a straw yellow, very little intense, but by agitation, density and good tear warn us that no matter, it will be a wine body.

L' Antagonique is an aromatic white. Emerges velvety aromas and can not help thinking of his " cousin " L' Inconscient, a red that regaled us with a delicious fragrance of roses, here are white and white fruit flowers with bone, notes raw almonds and calcareous rock, cool set . In still glass reminds us again L' Insconscient, because they appear aromas of red and black fruit, but not fruit juice but that wild scent that remains on hand when we pick fresh blackberries in the field. They are deep but always in a white flavor profile. The freshness revives stir the drink and minerality of the terroir is also present.

The palate is satiny, it flows easily, has a good body,  vibrant acidity and a whole is balanced, round and full, a wine, also gastronomic, that leaves a good taste, a creamy mixture of white fruit and nuts forest. L' Antagonique when opposite added.

TASTING NOTE

VIEW
