ITALIAN WHITE WINE: Moscato d'Asti 2010
Once the grapes reach the winery undergo a gentle pressing using
a drip press a partial fermentation at a constant temperature and
controlled in large steel vats and then are chilled bottled
and spend two months in bottle.
Straw-colored foam loaded with vanishing white. Aromatic nose with
intensity of fruit, sage and citrus notes of melon and pineapple. On the palate, sweet, good
balance between acid and sugar, for a final Golden apple flavor and good
aftertaste of flavorings.
