SPANISH WHITE WINE TORRES DE ERMELO 2012:

Grape variety used: albariño. 

Once the grapes are de-stemmed press the juice falling by gravity in an environment free of oxygen. 

In its development has made a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE TORRES DE ERMELO 2012:

In view presents a yellow color with green, clean and bright notes. 

The nose is characterized by its good intensity with complex and elegant aromas. Notes predominate strain transmitting grape fruity and floral aromas. 

In the mouth for their pleasing contrasts, it is tasty and fatty with feelings of liveliness and freshness. Provides persistence and a powerful finish.

This wine is ideal with fish, poultry, rice and cheese. 

Serve this wine at a temperature of 10-12°C.
