SPANISH WHITE WINE VIÑA ESMERALDA

VIÑA ESMERALDA wine is made from the combination of Muscat of Alexandria grape Gewürztraminer and characterizing it as being intense terpene product notes, with floral and citrus touches like orange. In the process, the must fermented at controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks.

This wine stands out for its yellow color and its terpene aroma and floral notes and hints of citrus and orange.

White wine VIÑA ESMERALDA stands in sight for its yellow color.

Nose appreciated varietal aroma with notes of exotic fruits with the presence of yummy pink and lavender with a touch of citrus such as orange.

The palate is characterized by its fine and elegant palate being able to appreciate the terpenic notes and causing a long and pleasant aftertaste.

WHITE WINE PAIRING VIÑA ESMERALDA:

Wine VIÑA ESMERALDA is excellent to combine with seafood. Sublime for 'cocktail' especially avocado and seafood cocktails. It is also an ideal accompaniment to fish, ham with melon, pates, rice dishes, etc.

Serve this wine at a temperature of 11ºC.
