BRANDY TORRES JAIME I
It is a brandy in the original packaging bottle, its development is done in a traditional way with a double distilled using traditional copper still and based white wines made from the Parellada variety, obtaining a high quality brandy. The American oak barrels play an irreplaceable role in the maturation of holandas. Finally different slabs selected from the oldest winery resulting brandy extraordinary body and flavor mix.
The name of brandy is due to the founder of the towers house, Jaime Torres Vendrell. In homage to Gaudí, its great buildings and innovative spirit, Torres created this house of great nobility brandy named its founder.
TASTING NOTES BRANDY TORRES JAIME I:
Given known for its dark mahogany color.
The nose aroma recalling nuts toasted hazelnuts with hints of toffee and vanilla, appreciating his slow aging in oak.
The palate is soft and round with spicy strength provided by its aging in oak, with a balanced and persistent finish.

The quality of this brandy is paid to enjoy it so slow, however can be served with cheese.
