CABERNET WINE OF HUTS F 2010 CARRASCAL

It is a project of the Lopez family, next to the famous French winemaker Michael Poudou. The farm huts Carrascal is located 700 meters above sea level, in San Antonio de Requena, between the towns of Requena and Utiel.
This area has low vineyard but high quality productions, very alcoholic and concentrated wines. Are harvested at dawn when the grapes are cold. It has deposits of concrete and steel, being studied at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Bodega Chozas Carrascal: Vinos Mediterráneos de altitud

De la pasión por el vino del matrimonio conformado por María José y Julián, nace Chozas Carrascal . Pero esta intensa relación con la viticultura viene dada por el abuelo de Julián López, la estrechísima relación entre abuelo-nieto.

En la década de los 90, el matrimonio se enamora de los parajes valencianos y de su particularidad, en los cuales vieron una posibilidad única para la elaboración de vinos con carácter y singularidad. A día de hoy son sus hijos, los que llevan la empresa familiar.
