EMINA book Magnum , it is a wine with the structure of warm, wide and long with good aromas of fruit, spices and toasted notes.  Fermentation is 10-14 days in tanks of stainless steel (26 ° C) and its aging 16 months in oak barrels and 16 months in the bottle.
