DESCRIPTION
Harvest in October 2014, from our vineyards at Valtiendas and Roa, with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a pass by French oak for 4 months we got our Valley of the Botijas 4 months. Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with the skins for 17 days, after malolactic fermentation during 25 days. Autochthonous yeast obtained through each vineyard vintage. Bordeaux toasting French oak barrel aging means for 4 months.
