The Atlantis Txacolí White Wine is born from vineyards planted on land that is difficult to work due to its unevenness. Although on the other hand, it is compensated with very good aeration and sunlight of the plant.

The Atlantis Txacolí White Wine comes from vineyards much further east than the Galician region, it is a wine that continues to have a marked oceanic influence. Its refreshing acidity with citrus aromas and notes of flowers help enhance the full flavor of the sea, which is why we recommend accompanying it with some seafood, although if you don't have it on hand you can always drink it alone.

It has been destemmed and pressed. Drainage of the must and a controlled fermentation at 13ºC. Afterwards, it rests between 10 and 12ºC and proceeds to filtering and bottling.
