Harvested grapes manuealmente on the perfect state of maturity of the oldest vineyards in the area. Grape is transported to the winery in small trailers to get it whole. The ageing of this wine carries out in oak barrels for 26 months. It then passes to bottle to continue its ageing for 36 months more before leaving the winery.
