Production: After a manual harvest to select and delete clusters that have not achieved excellent workmanship are mechanically harvested at night taking advantage of low temperatures.
The cold maceration is done by pressing the grapes. And 50% of the wine fermented in new French oak barrels and then aged for five months; and the remaining wine that does not follow this process at low temperatures around 14 ° C is fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the aromatic power. Only 1,600 bottles.
