Noc Legend Wine is the result of the thorough selection of the best grapes of the Bodegas Noc vineyards.
For the elaboration of this legend wine, the manual harvest is performed, selecting the best clusters in the vineyards owned by the winery, LOcized in the yébenes with an surface of 4.8ha of early grapes, 1.8ha of grapes pens and 4.8ha of grapes syrah with soils of gravels and arcilas at an altitude of 850m above sea level with a slope of 25% and yields of 7,000kg per hectare.
The fermentation of the varieties is done separately in small stainless steel deposits, with manual bazuqueos. Manual press in vertical press and malactic fermentation in new barrels French oak, where Noc Legend wine continues its upbringing for 24 months. Only 3000 bottles are made of this wine.
