Alcoholic fermentation has been carried out for 26 days in small stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is performed in American oak barrels for 30 days and raising in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Before being served it is advisable to decant it.
