Red Whine Upland Cabernet Sauvignon

First fermentation in open tanks for 5 days. Stir daily. After pressing ends the first fermentation and malolactic fermentation begins tank.
During this period small amounts of oxygen (micro-oxygenation) are added. Aged in French oak used 100% for 36 months. Due to their organic nature may in some harmless process aged sediment occurs.

It is a natural wine with sulfites added 0.00 during the process. The sulfite 2ppm come from the ground, they are not added. This makes for a unique wine.

The alcoholic content by volume is 14 vol

We recommend serving it between 14°C and 16°C.
