White Wine Listán Blanco
The White Wine Listán Blanco, is a wine belonging to the wineries of El Lomo and has a protected designation of origin wine of the Canary Islands.
Wines made with varieties Listán Blanco (95%) and Albillo (5%). It is made from a manual harvest with double selection of the clusters at the optimum point of maturity. The grapes enter the vat and undergo cold maceration for 6 to 10 hours. The grapes are then gently pressed to obtain the must, which will be racked and then fermented slowly at a temperature of approximately 16oC. After several rackings, the wine was bottled. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
