The Red Wine Stark-CondéIhas its location in the Jonkershoek Valley, Stellenbosch, South Africa. This wine, produced by one of the most international wineries in South Africa, has been made with grapes from selected vineyards in search of the characteristics of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon and high quality, such as wines bearing the signature of Stellenbosch.
The terroir of this winery is composed of decomposed granite slopes of the Jonkershoek Valley, shown ideal for the cultivation of this varietal, and the result of this is its extensive wine list and renowned Cabernet Sauvignon.
All Stark-Condé wines are renowned for their elegance and soft tannins, fruit of the most modern practices of viticulture and manual selection of grapes they work mainly in their varietal wines. The result of this wine culture adopted by José Conde and the generosity of the soil in which they grow, their wines are enjoyed throughout much of the world, showing that harmony between the fruit flavors of new world wines and elegance and structure old world wines like, and much, to wine lovers.
Handpicked. After hand selection of the grapes, they are crushed and deposited in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 days with continuous agitated. Pressed and aged in barrels of French and American oak for 12 months.
