Bembibre red wine (Tares domain)
This wine shows all the complexity and elegance of the Mencía variety.
In the visual phase it looks a red pillory color very covered with violet tones in the meniscus.
In the nose there are very intense fruity memories of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and a powerful black plum, as well as floral tones of the range of roses and violets, very elegant and complementary vegetables, green leaflet, tobacco and aromatic wood (sandalwood) They give it a certainly scented touch.
In the mouth it shows a very good structure with a step in the fatty mouth, full, soft and elegant. Broad and very long end, with a very good persistence, is guided by excellent acidity, black and balsamic fruit, with contributions of roasted (cocoa) and mint in the post -Post, where the heart of black plum and spicy reappears.

Viñedos: 6 payments selected among the best of the Bierzo, on slopes with inclinations of up to 22%, of slaughter soil and strains over 60 years old with planting in glass. Harvest in 15 kg boxes and manual selection of grapes upon arrival at the winery.
