WHITE WINE ALBARIÑO PAZO PIÑEIRO 2010
The Albariño white wine Pazo Piñeiro 2010 is made from 100% Albariño grape. It belongs to the IO Rías Baixas, in the County Tea subzone (Pontevedra).
Made from grapes from the vineyards of Pazo Pineiro, deep granite soils. With constant monitoring of the vineyards, harvest in 15 kilo boxes and manual selection of the sorting table.
With maderación cold and alcoholic fermentation for 25 days at 14 °, with aging on fine lees for ten months.
Is clarified and cold stabilized, producing a limited edition of 7,000 bottles.
Has 95 points in the Penin Guide 2013.
Serve this wine at a very cold temperature, between 9th and 12th.
