Vizcarra red wine raising for its structure and elegance is a wine to drink now and to keep. Vizcarra Red Wine Crying is made by gravity with 100% fine red grapes, in a vineyard with an age greater than 20 years. A manual harvest is performed in 15 kg boxes and a subsequent maceration, selected at the table, off -scale before fermentation, 17 days and newspapers daily at a temperature of 28ºC.

The Vizcarra Vizcarra Vizcarra wine remains 15 months in American and French oak barrels. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.

Vizcarra Vizcarra Vizcarra Parenda: It is especially recommended for lamb, chuletillas, stews and birds.

Nose: In nose it is presented with aromas of black mature fruits, woods, chocolates and leather.
