Sparkling wine Brut Nature Beta Sur is born from Winery Barbadillo, which has 500 hectares of vineyards located in albarizas lands of Cadiz, where born fine Palomino grapes, which give white wines and manzanilla Sherry, also grow Chardonnay grapes.

A few years ago these grapes were combined by the winemakers of Barbadillo to create the first sparkling made with traditional methods. This is how comes this delicious South Brut called Beta with 20 months of aging with Lees in the bottle in order to get a fine and elegant; caba the second fermentation is in the bottle and gives as a result a fine and natural bubble.

This Brut Nature design is elegant label is black and matte silver, also the label shows a rose of the winds in order to show their origin, the South of Spain.
