Rum Capirote Aged Selection

Capirote Aged Selection Rum is a blend of rums between 5 and 10 years of real aging. For its aging, new American oak barrels are used, and then it spends the last six months in a barrel that previously contained wine. Subjected to a natural roasting and caramelization process with cane juice

The process begins with the cutting of the cane by the farmers in the area, once the cane arrives at the factory the grinding process begins to obtain the juice, then the juice is left to ferment between 48 - 60 hours to then start distillation.

Finally, the process is completed with adequate aging and mastery when creating the best blends.
