VINTAGE 2014

It was a dry year, by what in glass and dry-farmed strains suffered greatly, to such an extent that feared for its survival. The degree of sugar was considerable, varietal inks had concentration, no doubt, but white would have not forgiven that not is it had been attentive to harvest at the optimal time. Despite the rains that fell in summer and a cool September grapes reached a correct phenolic maturation.

VARIETAL

Coupage of wines from Chardonnay and Macabeo exclusively from grapes from our vineyards at Finca Casa Alfaro. Plantation on trellises in double guyot, on arcilloso-calizo ground. Harvest was carried out between late August and early September to preserve the necessary acidity that characterizes the sparkling wine fresh and balanced.

ELABORATION

Traditional method of second fermentation in bottle, with a minimum of 18 months of aging in the rhyme. Completely dry and natural, without added sugar.
